I really liked this. It is a short, 120 pages, and quick read with a lot of action.  The friendship that quickly develops between Jamie and Hari is interesting as they know hardly anything about each other but they need each other to survive as they follow the Metal Emissary. I am a bit sad about the ending  but the epilogue is setting the scene for the continuation of the series.
